Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order does not meet our high quality standards, returns are easy. We will be happy to replace the defective item or refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order.
First, call us at 1 (512) 736-7839 to get a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. This helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.
Customer pays for all return shipping fees. If for any reason the product was a defective we will ship you a replacement at no addition shipping fees.
Next, simply return any defective items back to us along with a copy of your original invoice. Returns must be made within 10 days. USPS has an outstanding delivery record, but if you do not receive your order on time please contact us immediately. Any claims of missing merchandise must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
We are unable to repair, replace, or accept returned merchandise after it has been sold to your retail customer. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines
